Each Security Professional has been screened to the standards SOUTH AFRICAN REGULATORY AUTHORITY.

- Our uniformed security officers are trained to act as a criminal deterrent by adopting the principals of the C.P.O.P (community police officer program) methodology.

Pre –Employment and Vetting
Our pre-employment background investigation by far exceeds that of most police department jurisdictions.
- Employment of a staff psychologist to oversee the initial screening and ensure mental well-being of staff.
- Fitness Assessment.
- Written psychological inventory and a psychological interview.
- Aptitude tests.
- 5-panel drug screening.
Prior to commencement of a contract with KILO AND LIMA SECURITY SERVICES, we will provide the full applicant investigation of each proposed security officer.
Supervisors
- Grade A Trained Officers.
- Supervisory personnel ensure strict adherence to general orders and client rules, regulations and ordinances.
- The supervisors are utilized as a liaison between KILO AND LIMA SECURITY SERVICES and our clients.
